“Outstanding Restaurant.”
Roots is an outstanding restaurant about an hours drive from Sandton near Johannesburg.
The 5-star hotel is set into the mountain side so that if you are standing looking at it from some way away you literally cannot see it as it blends right into the natural scene.
The food at the restaurant is quite simply stunning and the chef will come to ask you if you enjoyed it and what else he can do to perhaps make it better.
The staff are also very good at both the restaurant and the hotel.
A must to visit.
