“La Petite Ferme is the restaurant in the La Ferme Hotel.”
The hotel is located in Franschhoek, one of the best wine growing estates in the wider Cape Town area.
Franschhoek is approximately 90kms / 56miles from Cape Town and is known for the wine estates as well as some superb restaurants.
Whilst the La Ferme hotel is excellent, I have not stayed there so I cannot really comment, the restaurant was an extreme disappointment.
In a hotel such as this, and at the prices they charge, you would expect the food to be very good or at least good.
Unfortunately we were very disappointed, of the 4 dishes we ordered, three were very average, although the one diner said theirs was good.
