“A great hotel in the middle of Times Square.”
I spent 5 days in New York and stayed at the Westin.
The hotel was very well run and I found the room we were allocated to be more than adequate.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and well appointed.
The only problem I had was that a number of the staff, specifically at reception, seemed to feel that their job was to make your life as difficult as possible. It is a pity and totally unnecessary.
That being said, the lady who cleaned our room, room 2642 was amazing and unbelievably helpful, nothing was too difficult for her.
