Salsify is a wonderful restaurant.
It is fairly expensive, but definitely worth the experience.
We went there for a tasting lunch which was amazing.
We did not include the various tasting wines as I prefer to choose my own.
Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation and service was of the best.
I remember when it was called The Roundhouse and owned by a lady who had 2 Maltese poodles walking between the tables. The food was amazing then and is just as great now.
Definitely a must visit when you are in Cape Town.
