“Needs an upgrade.”
The hotel needs a makeover.
The lift / elevator feels as though it is going to either come to a shuddering stop somewhere in between floors or drop precipitously into the basement.
If you choose to walk up the stairs you are overwhelmed by the smells of… well, really not sure what but very unpleasant.
The breakfast in the restaurant is edible but honestly not great.
Although on the positive side, the service is really good.
The pool area is nice and the outside bar good.
Really, Sun International, you need to get your act together.
This would rate as a 2-3 star hotel.
