“Like all Tashas great, but need to learn to make a Caesar Salad.”
This Tashas, like all Tashas is great – their food is good and their salads really good, if much too much. Really sometimes less is much better than wasting food. Of course other than in the US.
One complaint however, you really need to learn how to make a decent Caesar salad.
I do understand that all restaurants must, and do cater for the local tastes and alter their food to suit, whilst French, Greek, Garden salads, etc are totally at the restaurants whim. However salads like Caesar, Waldorf and the like, really must be made to the original ingredients. That’s what makes them special.
Ok, there are a few “chefs” that make it up as they go, as Basil Fawlty…
Please Tasha’s get that right, I really would like to enjoy the proper Caesar salad at a Tashas.
