“It would probably be good if you could actually book a ride.”
I had a major problem with this company.
I tried to book a ticket online, however the site kept on ‘falling over’.
I telephoned, but the phone just rang.
I walked to one of their hop-on-hop-off sites but was told that I would have to go to their main office downtown.
I tried on their site again but had the same problem. I finally managed to get hold of someone on a chat window and explained the problem.
He stated that they knew there was a problem but I could go to their main office and book there.
He gave me basic instructions, but I simply was unable to find them. After wandering around for 20 minutes, I simply gave up and did a walking tour.
