“An amazing drive over and around the mountains.”
Chapman’s Peak has some absolutely stunning views of Hout Bay and Camps Bay, on the Cape Town side, and driving down to Noordhoek, as you drive through and over the mountains, with sea views all along the drive.
The scenery along the drive there from Camps bay to Hout Bay is also wonderful.
It is closed when there are high winds.
You do have to pay for the drive, but it is worth it.
You access Chapmans Peak from Hout Bay which is about 20 kms/13 miles from Cape Town.
