“Your typical city bazaar.”
The Grand Baie bazaar / flea market is your typical bazaar found in all cities.
This one stretches for some way.
The shops nearest the entrance to the bazaar are normally the most expensive, because the typical tourist feels that because it is a bazaar everything will be cheaper than the shops in town.
Whilst that can be the case, in a lot of instances it isn’t.
Of course bargaining is a pre-requisite.
If you don’t, don’t be upset if you find the same thing cheaper at other stalls.
Remember once you have done your ‘look and see’ you can always go back there.
