“The Hotel itself is great, housekeeping is not.”
The Hotel is good, and the reception staff outstanding.
When we got to the room I realised I had left my telephone on the reception desk.
Security had seen that and handed it into the office staff.
Thank you security.
Remembering this is a 4 star hotel, and certainly not cheap, housekeeping left a lot to be desired.
Whilst the room was clean and well looked after, there was no hair dryer in the room, no slippers, and the tea / coffee sachets were not replaced that night. This is really not acceptable.
The breakfast downstairs was adequate, but again not what could be expected from this class of hotel.
