Peermont Mondior at Emperors Palace

“4 star hotel? No, not really.”

The Mondior Hotel is supposedly a 4 star hotel in The Emperors Casino complex.

It is rated a 4 star hotel but I would only give it a 3 Star rating, maybe a 3.5. But definitely not a 4.

The hotel itself is not bad and the rooms, although small are comfortable and the beds are great with very good linen and fantastic pillows.

The problem comes in with the “in hotel” restaurant.

We were there for dinner, which was a buffet and was a disaster.

They served a roast brisket, as if it were roast beef, which firstly is definitely not the way to serve brisket as it is extremely salty and as such was inedible and the rest of the food was average to be nice.

Honestly Peermont, if someone messed up and ordered brisket instead of roast beef, rather teach your chefs how to prepare it rather than think your clients are idiots.

The breakfast was again average, certainly not the quality I would expect from a 4 star hotel. But it was acceptable.
