“Great boutique hotel but…”
The Daddy Long Legs Hotel in Cape Town is certainly different with every room based on a different theme.
Whilst the decor of the rooms themselves are great they are extremely sparse.
The is no bar fridge, no kettle, nor any tea or coffee. If you require, you must walk down a flight of stairs to the service station.
It also desperately needs at least one chair in the room.
Further, although it didn’t bother me, there was no TV in the room either.
These are simple little things to alter which would make a world of difference.
This really is not acceptable for a hotel claiming to be a wonderful boutique hotel.
Oh and another thing, if you do not relish climbing between 40 and 60 stairs to get to your room, it is certainly not the place for you. There is no parking available, other than in the street.
