“Best pancakes in the country.”
Harrie’s had been around for about 20 years. Until about 6 years ago there were only 2 or 3 branches and were run by the 2 owners and a few selected staff.
The pancake fillings were different, weird and wonderful.
The decor was very basic and again weird but fantastic.
Then the owners decided that franchising was the way to go, understandably, but unfortunately the decor changed, some pancake fillings were left out, the more wild ones, which were stunning, and it all became a lot more ‘people friendly’
Still great, but the ambiance is no longer there.
