The Seafood Market and Restaurant in Bangkok is, in a word, awesome.
It has the biggest selection of seafood alive and swimming I have ever seen.
As a result it is obviously super fresh.
They have a wonderful variety of vegetables, herbs and spices as well.
You pick your own meal, from the seafood to the accompaniments, put all in a trolley, pay for it and take it to your table.
A chef then comes to the table to discuss what you have and how you would like it done, giving his suggestions as well.
Remember you do pay for the cooking separately.
Also don’t miss their amazing wine collection.
